Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties using tools, materials, and equipment as directed.
• Follow process instructions and blueprints for assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and report issues.
• Utilize manual and power tools to mount components.
• Participate in team meetings and safety activities.
• Mentor newer assemblers and share process knowledge.
• Complete special projects to support production goals.
• Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders.
