Tuff Shed is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive store-based sales and provide expert design guidance. You will work on-site at Home Depot stores within a defined territory, building relationships with store leaders and leveraging traffic to grow leads and revenue.

Weekend work is required. The role offers an unlimited commission program, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with annual compensation potential in the $55,000–$75,000 range plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot leaders and associates to generate leads and sales.
• Plan and execute lead-generating events and leverage event sales.
• Train others and communicate product knowledge.
• Maintain and update Tuff Shed displays and signage.
• Leverage sales pipeline and provide updates on sales performance.
