Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to work on-site at Home Depot stores within a defined territory. You will drive sales, provide expert design consultations, and train staff on product knowledge, leveraging Home Depot relationships to generate leads and close deals.

The role requires weekend availability, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver''s license and clean MVR are necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to proactively build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Valid driver''s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory, including weekends.
• Manage a sales pipeline and lead generating events.
• Provide design consultations to clients and train others on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Home Depot leaders on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure displays are presentable and signage updated.
