Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is hiring an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and deliver expert design consultations directly at Home Depot stores within a defined territory.

You’ll build relationships with store leaders and associates, leveraging customer traffic to generate leads and sales, with some weekend work required. Eligible for an incentive bonus and earned commissions, with a weekly guaranteed subsidy when commissions fall short.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot leaders and associates.
• Leverage events and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Coordinate with store leaders on updates, merchandising and displays.
• Maintain on-site displays and signage, ensuring they are presentable.
