Qualifications

• 4-year Computer Science degree required.
• Knowledge of system maintenance and upgrades, quality assurance and testing, and agile & IT best practices.
• Proven teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade systems and environments under guidance.
• Execute JDK upgrades across environments using playbooks.
• Document upgrade outcomes and track environmental variables.
• Perform repetitive manual regression testing after upgrades to ensure stability.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs using team tools.
• Support Jaspersoft reports (break-fix) and adjust layouts as needed.
• Test modified reports in sandbox before submission.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and IT best practices; log work in the ADO platform.
