Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking an Application Administrator I to support day-to-day administration, monitoring and maintenance of enterprise applications in a new factory startup for large form‑factor equipment. You will ensure performance, security and user support while collaborating with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

You will manage user access, assist deployments and patches, document configurations, and help drive continuous improvement of application support

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• 2–5 years of enterprise application support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with ERP/MES/CRM/HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine system administration tasks including user account management, access control, and permissions configuration.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability, identifying and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and testing of new releases and patches.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users and resolve common problems.
• Document application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with senior admins and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance including backups and data integrity checks.
• Adhere to IT security policies to ensure data protection and system integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
