Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Conduct leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy targets as set by supervisor.
• Manage Move In/Out and annual recertifications according to policy.
