Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking a Service Technician for Heatherstone Apartments. You will ensure apartment homes are market ready, handle resident work orders, and perform maintenance tasks across tasks including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Medical, vision, and 401(k) benefits accompany a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have basic maintenance knowledge for apartment communities.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Participate in general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds; complete resident work orders.
• Duties may include painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Maintain pool area: skimmers, chemicals, logs.
• Perform light electrical repairs and replace bulbs as needed.
• Handle door locks, re-keying, and lock-related tasks.
• Follow service process to completion and ensure resident satisfaction.
