Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking a Service Technician to keep Heatherstone Apartments in top condition, ensuring unit readiness and continued curb appeal for residents.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and coordinate with team members to complete painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and related tasks while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires flexibility to work weekends and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Essential duties include ensuring market-ready apartments and daily walks for readiness.
• Maintenance tasks span painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Follow safety practices and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Walk market-ready units daily and communicate needed supplies or assistance.
• Perform painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical and HVAC tasks.
• Tighten door locks, re-key, maintain P.O. boxes and locks.
• Ensure work conformance to specifications and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain preventive maintenance logs and work orders.
