Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent.
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hands on HVAC experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance requests and apartment turnover tasks.
• Lead maintenance team and assist with duties as needed.
