Monarch Investment has an opening for an Apartment Maintenance Rover Technician in Evansville, IN. This full-time, on-site role supports multiple communities, using HVAC and general maintenance skills to service properties across the Evansville area.

The position offers competitive pay ($32-$35/hr) plus bonuses, with benefits and opportunities to advance within the 10th largest U.S. property management company, operating in 26 states.

Qualifications

• EPA / HVAC certification required with HVAC install/repair experience.
• Pool certification preferred.
• 1+ years’ maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Experience in apartment maintenance helpful.
• Experience managing/executing capital projects.
• Ability to climb ladders (6’ to 32’).
• Basic safety knowledge; training provided if needed.
• Draughting/repair tasks like drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water heaters.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs across multiple properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with capital projects and repairs across Evansville portfolio.
