Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager for the Villages at Pecan Grove in Holly Springs, NC. This on-site role reports to the Maintenance department and offers a compensation package including base pay and bonuses.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in technical maintenance and facilities management within property management, plus 1–3 years leading a team. A reliable vehicle and flexible schedule are required to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in property management.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service/asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, turns, and service requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and service.
