Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced On-Site Apartment Maintenance Manager / Lead Maintenance Technician for a 34–40 unit community in San Diego, CA, with total responsibility for approximately 60 units across nearby properties. The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the Property Manager.

We offer a full-time on-site position with an on-site housing benefit.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance or related hands-on experience.
• Experience completing apartment turnovers and renovations.
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Manage and complete maintenance work orders for ~60 units.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to schedule requests.
• Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and renovations.
• Handle apartment turnovers to rent-ready condition.
• Travel to nearby properties and respond to after-hours emergencies.
