Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for our Charlotte, North Carolina community. You will lead daily operations, oversee leasing and maintenance teams, manage the property budget, and drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding resident service.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management with leadership experience in property management or related industries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management, ideally in property management or related industries.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team and drive results with sales processes and metrics.
• Understanding of financials and budgets; familiar with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
• Flexible schedule, typical Tue–Sat, 10:00am–6:30pm; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achieving operational and financial goals.
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
