GlaxoSmithKline seeks an on-site tech leader to drive AI-enabled manufacturing initiatives at key sites. You will interface with local business teams and global digital product teams to translate opportunities into PoCs, PoVs, and MVPs.

Attend to governance, data privacy, and security while embedding with GSK product teams for scale-up and lifecycle ownership. This role equates to an Associate Director/Senior Manager in scope.

Formación

• We are looking for a candidate with a technical degree and 6+ years in technology, AI, or manufacturing.
• Experience delivering AI, Data & Analytics, Smart Manufacturing or Digital transformation initiatives.
• Software engineering experience with modern application development frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to develop PoCs, PoVs or MVPs and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with strategic sites to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Translate AI and Digital opportunities into measurable use cases and solutions.
• Design, build and validate PoCs/PoVs/MVPs with real site data and fast delivery.
• Provide hands-on engineering across AI, data, integration, and automation.
• Make evidence-based continue/adapt/stop recommendations based on value and feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with Code Orange, Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and governance.
