Job summary

CarShield is seeking an experienced AI Specialist with full-stack development expertise to join its AI team. You will build and support internal applications used by Claims, QA, and Sales, including AI-enabled tooling that reviews claims and scores risk.

You will work on-site in St. Peters, MO, delivering features from development to deployment using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core while maintaining integrations with SQL Server, Salesforce, and other APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong full-stack software development experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations; AI-enabled features a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve production applications, resolving user issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Build new features from development through deployment using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core (.NET 10).
• Maintain and modernize apps with upgrades, patching, and database migrations.
• Diagnose slow queries and optimize overall performance.
• Maintain integrations with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, and third-party APIs.
• Support AI-enabled functionality with LLMs/AI agents in production.
• Containerize and deploy with Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Assist authentication with Active Directory and LDAPS.
• Work within existing codebases, adhering to design decisions and writing maintainable changes.
• Collaborate in a fast-moving environment with data-driven improvements.
