Strada in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in person. You’ll own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, and contribute to a voice-first AI stack that processes thousands of insurance interactions daily.

You’ll apply TypeScript, React, and Node.js at scale, collaborate directly with customers and engineers, shape architecture and tooling decisions, and help define the engineering culture as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably at startups.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Track record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects.
• Customer-first mindset - you're interested in talking to users, not just writing code.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful feature or system improvement end-to-end - from design to deployment.
• Start shaping technical decisions on architecture, tooling, or infrastructure.
• Build relationships with FDEs and customers to understand where the product needs to go next.
