Job summary

CarShield is seeking an experienced AI Specialist with full-stack development expertise to join its AI team in Saint Peters, MO. You will build and support internal applications used by Claims, QA, and Sales, including AI-enabled features that use large language models and AI agents to review claims and score risk.

You will work on on-site development with Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core, maintaining integrations with SQL Server, Salesforce, and other APIs, and deploying via Docker and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong full-stack software development experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL; SQL Server experience preferred.
• Experience supporting and maintaining applications after production launch.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Interest in building AI-enabled applications and working with large language models or AI agents.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP/LDAPS, or enterprise authentication preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Salesforce integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user-reported issues and performance bottlenecks in production apps.
• Build new features using Angular, TypeScript, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Maintain migrations, upgrades, and vulnerability patching.
• Optimize slow queries and improve overall app performance.
• Maintain integrations with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, and vendor APIs.
• Containerize and deploy with Docker and GitHub Actions.
