Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead fiber optic and structured cabling initiatives at a multi-building Louisiana data center campus.

This 100% on-site role will oversee crews, schedules, budgets, and coordination with the GC's program team through mobilization, execution, testing, turnover, and closeout. The ideal candidate has 6+ years directing data center or large-scale OSP construction, with OTDR testing and industry-standard documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years managing large-scale telecom/OSP construction projects.
• Experience overseeing fiber optic and structured cabling installation, splicing, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Lead on-site teams, scheduling, budgeting, and quality commitments.
• Coordinate with GC and internal stakeholders; manage RFIs, risks, and changes.
