You will manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with budgets, oversee leasing processes, maintain resident records, and help market and fill vacancies while ensuring high occupancy and compliant, courteous resident services. Full benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in affordable apartment communities.
• Experience with HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee leasing from inquiries to move-ins.
• Assist with budgets and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate resident files and move-in/out records.
• Support marketing to fill vacancies.
• Be in charge when Community Manager is absent.
