Blackwave Texas Inc. is seeking a Lead Supply Chain to own and drive end-to-end supply chain operations in the United States. This hands-on, on-site role manages procurement, warehousing, and inventory, coordinating with local and international stakeholders.

The role combines strategic planning with daily execution, requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams, and ensuring compliance with US trade regulations and safety standards on-site.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in supply chain roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience managing on-site supply chain and physical operations in the US.
• Strong understanding of US warehousing and trade compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site daily.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage on-site supply chain operations, including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Design and execute scalable supply chain strategies aligned with cost, service, and growth objectives.
• Manage relationships with on-site suppliers and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Ensure reliable, on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels through active, on‑site operational oversight.
• Track, analyze, and improve KPIs such as on‑time delivery, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams to support production and customer commitments.
• Ensure compliance with US trade regulations, customs requirements, safety standards, and internal policies.
• Lead, coach, and grow on‑site supply chain team members.
