Domnovate in Whitehall, MI is seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join a growing aerospace manufacturing operation. The role focuses on electrical control systems, PLC programming, automation, and troubleshooting to improve equipment reliability on a fast-paced shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, and automation projects. On-site work with a premier manufacturing team offers opportunities for advanced technology

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with industrial electrical controls and manufacturing automation.
Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting; Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred.

Mansioni

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and automated control systems.
Diagnose electrical, electronic, and automation-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and automation projects.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, and industrial control components.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
