Job summary

L&E Tubing, LLC in Everett, WA, is seeking an on-site Estimator/Planner to ensure accurate scoping, proper resourcing, and on-time delivery. You will develop detailed cost estimates and production plans aligned with engineering requirements and customer expectations.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to translate technical requirements into schedules and budgets, analyze data, and anticipate risks that affect program success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating/planning in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience with estimating and program management tools.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and regulatory awareness (FAA/AS9100).
• Hands-on experience with testing, assembly, or troubleshooting hardware.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to meet program schedules.
• Review drawings and specifications to scope requirements.
• Ensure resources align with schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and adjust estimates as conditions change.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
