Job summary

Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional for an on-site role west of Pittsburgh. You will process invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts, and support collections to keep AR current.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity offering growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent accounting or finance experience will also be considered.
• Experience with invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections.
• Basic understanding of billing terms, AR aging, and cash application workflows.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing, cash applications, and payment postings accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and other exception items
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and assist with collection activities for past-due accounts
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Maintain organized and complete AR documentation, including tenant files and cash receipt records
• Monitor AR aging and support efforts to keep accounts current
• Follow established company procedures, policies, and escalation processes
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
