• General understanding of accounting principles; 2+ years in accounting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn industry-specific software

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders in D365 ERP software
• Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures
• Vendor setup
• Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries
• Research accrued items not matched to an invoice
• Assist in monthly closings
