Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an on-site role in Fairless Hills, PA. You will handle invoice processing against POs, match invoices to receipts, and ensure adherence to purchasing procedures.

The job requires attention to detail and familiarity with accounting basics. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in accounting, proficiency with MS Word/Excel, and experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires basic understanding of accounting principles and 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus; D365 ERP is used for AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software.
• Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.
• Vendor setup and maintenance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Research accrued items not matched to invoices.
• Assist in monthly closings.

Qualifications Required
