Job summary

King Aerospace in Addison, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain and process invoices, issue checks, and support payroll-related processing. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with responsibilities across coding invoices, vendor communications, and payment processing.

You will work with the Accounting Manager, handle wire requests, reconcile statements, monitor aging, and assist with special projects while upholding confidentiality of payments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two plus years related experience.
• Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices, including COD and intercompany, into the information management system.
• Handle all payable related correspondence with vendors and employees.
• Issue checks and obtain signatures for amounts over $5k; mail or overnight as needed.
