Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, coding them, and entering them into the accounting system
• Processing vendor payments and ensuring invoices are paid according to due dates and company policies
• Reconciling vendor statements and AP accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with financial reporting as needed
