Union Wireless is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting, coach the Finance team, and drive process improvements on-site in Mountain View, Wyoming.

You will oversee month-end close, ensure GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, and partner with the Finance Director to deliver trusted financial insights to leadership. This role offers a competitive salary and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and detail.
