Bucci Industries USA Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team on-site. The role supports the day-to-day accounting for the U.S.

organization, collaborating with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy. Responsibilities include AP support, reconciliations, payroll support, maintaining records, and assisting with financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
