Job summary

Bucci Industries USA Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our on-site team. You will support day-to-day accounting and financial activities, working with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S.

and Italy. You will handle accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate records and adherence to internal policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
