This position is onsite at our client’s Charlotte, NC office 28273.Accounting Specialist - Job Description:Seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the U.S. organization, collaborating closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.Accounting Specialist - Responsibilities:• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.Accounting Specialist - Mandatory Skills:• 3+ years of accounting experience.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.• Good Excel skills.• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.• English proficiency is mandatory.Accounting Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Previous experience in a multinational company.• Italian language skills.Accounting Specialist – Assignment Length:This is a permanent position.Accounting Specialist - Start Date:ASAP.Accounting Specialist - Assignment Location:Charlotte, NC, onsite.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
