The role requires on-site presence at Orange and Anaheim locations in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with month-end close, generate reports, and support tax documentation, with backup coverage for AP/AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1+ year of accounting experience.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and reporting abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting transactions including expenses and revenues in ERP.
• Process vendor payments and support accounts payable activities.
• Support customer billing and invoicing tasks.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate financial reports and support month-end close.
• Provide backup for AP/AR and assist with audit documentation.
