You will produce financial statements, manage AP/AR, forecast expenses for projects, and collaborate closely with management to ensure compliance and timely reporting in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and related tools.
• Experience creating and posting journal entries.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration; professional certification is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• On-site work in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience in a small business, creative agency, or event-focused company is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions.
