Qualifications

• Minimum four years in accounting operations, AP, or related roles.
• Experience with invoices, POs, corporate card expenses, and supporting records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice intake, coding, documentation, approval routing, and payment prep in BILL (Bill.com).
• Administer POs in Ragic, including project coding, approvals, and comparisons.
• Oversee Expensify card and expense workflows, receipts, and approvals.
• Maintain FAR/DCAA records and coordinate with external accountants.
• Assist in budgeting using historical spend and commitments.
• Improve financial workflows and maintain transaction records.
