Zusammenfassung

InstroTek, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Research Triangle Park, NC to keep our financial operations running smoothly and provide excellent service to customers and internal teams.

You will handle accounts receivable/payable, process payments, manage freight bills, and support general office tasks while collaborating across departments to resolve issues and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Accounting experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of office or clerical experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication
• Process Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable invoicing
• Process customer payments (checks, credit cards, ACH/EFT)
• Post and manage freight bills (FedEx, UPS, R&L Carriers)
• Assist with A/P processing (including drop shipments)
• Handle incoming mail and administrative tasks
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer account inquiries and invoice requests
• Work effectively and collaboratively with staff across all departments to resolve questions, address issues, and support company needs
• Build positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and other business contacts
• Assist with minor collections, including written and verbal communication with customers
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
