Career Movement is recruiting a Senior Accountant for a growing multi-entity company in the Hollywood, FL area. This role sits on a large corporate accounting team with strong growth potential.

The role is hybrid: four days onsite and one remote, offering exposure to external auditors and tax advisors while driving consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-entity reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA track a plus.
• Experience in franchise, retail, or automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support consolidated financial statements across a multi-entity, multi-location structure.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Support external financial reporting to lenders and investors, not just internal leadership.
• Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors (PBC support, audit fieldwork, tax provision).
• Support the accounting rollup of newly acquired companies as the subsidiary group keeps growing.

We are recruiting a Senior Accountant for a growing multi-entity company in the Hollywood, Fl area. This is a key role on a large corporate accounting team with strong room to grow.

This hybrid role: Four days onsite, one remote.

You will work closely with a tight knit corporate finance team and directly with external auditors and tax advisors. This is a fully onsite role with a clear path to grow into a management position as the company continues its rapid, acquisition-driven expansion.

The Role

• Prepare and support consolidated financial statements across a multi-entity, multi-location structure spanning dozens of subsidiaries
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
• Support external financial reporting to lenders and investors, not just internal leadership
• Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors (PBC support, audit fieldwork, tax provision)
• Support the accounting rollup of newly acquired companies as the subsidiary group keeps growing

What We Are Looking For

• Multi-Franchise or Multi-Entity experience
• CPA or CPA track a plus
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally 2+ years in a multi-entity environment
• Franchise, retail, or automotive sales industry experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
