Job summary

MicroTek Finishing, LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks a full-time on-site Accountant/Bookkeeper to handle daily accounting tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank and credit card statements.

You will prepare and maintain general ledger entries, assist with month-end and year-end closing, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping: 2 years (required).
• 2-5 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• U.S. citizen; compliance with employment eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts as needed and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable: review, code, and process payments.
• Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, deposits, collections, revenue recognition.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting/forecasting.
• Support external auditors and tax preparers as needed.
