Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management and proactive communication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements with accuracy.
• Proven ability to coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience with business software (CRM, ERP) and data/reporting.
• Background in manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or related fields is beneficial.
