Crystal Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a 2nd Shift Final Test Technician to verify hardware and software at the end of the manufacturing process. You will be the final checkpoint ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule with opportunities to troubleshoot, document results, and support design teams with manufacturability feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US Citizen, permanent resident or protected person)
• GED/High School Diploma required
• Two or more years of hands-on electronics experience

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test procedures to verify product performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot any hardware or software issues.
• Set up and maintain test equipment/assets.
• Ensure each unit meets quality and reliability standards before shipment.
• Accurately analyze and document test results, observations, and anomalies.
• Provide feedback to design teams based on manufacturability and testing outcomes
