Crystal Group, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Final Test Technician to verify hardware and software functionality at the end of the manufacturing process.

This role serves as a final checkpoint to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment, identifying and addressing last-minute issues to protect reliability. Working on a 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM), you will perform comprehensive test procedures, troubleshoot issues, set up test equipment, document results, and collaborate with design

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person with appropriate status.
• GED/High School Diploma required; two+ years electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing comprehensive test procedures to verify product performance.
• Identifying and troubleshooting any hardware or software issues.
• Set Up and Maintain Test Equipment/assets ensuring each unit meets quality and reliability standards before shipment.
• Accurately Analyze and document test results, observations, and anomalies.
• Support product Development by providing feedback to design teams based on manufacturability and testing outcomes.

Education

GED/High School Diploma

Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology

IPC certification

Two or more years of hands-on electronics experience
