Job summary
tmax Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician (1st shift) for its Aurora, IL location to perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical problems, complete repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and document work performed; maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safety standards, participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed.
