Job summary

Straub Collaborative, Inc is seeking a skilled Stylist to execute on-figure styling and support pre-production in a fast-paced Baltimore-area studio. You will translate brand guidelines into camera-ready looks, collaborating closely with photographers, art directors and production teams to keep shoots moving efficiently while upholding high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in fashion, merchandising, or photography.
• 2+ years of styling, visual merchandising, or studio production experience.
• Strong eye for styling, proportion, and presentation.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and collaborative working style.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• On-Set Styling: Style products across mannequins, models, laydowns, and lifestyle imagery; ensure looks align with brand and direction; manage rapid transitions between looks; maintain consistency and fit across multiple shots.
• Pre-Production & Shoot Prep: Organize products, steam, style footwear, prepare mannequins; align shoot plans with production team.
• Wardrobe, Props & Inventory: Pull wardrobe and props; manage inventory; keep prep areas tidy and organized.
• Workflow & Studio Operations: Maintain pace to meet timelines; communicate readiness and styling needs; contribute to process improvements.
• Administrative & Project Support: Assist with shipping, returns, and product tracking; follow studio processes end-to-end.
