Job summary

Rhoback Inc. is seeking an experienced Stylist to own the creative execution of styling for men’s, women’s, and youth across studio and lifestyle shoots. You will build looks, direct on‑set adjustments, and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.

The role calls for a confident, creative self‑starter with deep knowledge of performance apparel styling and the ability to manage complex productions from prep through delivery. Travel may be required to support shoots.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a stylist or wardrobe stylist in apparel/e‑commerce/brand environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading styling on e‑commerce and campaign shoots from prep through on‑set execution
• Deep familiarity with production workflows and ability to operate independently on set
• Background in e‑commerce or apparel marketing (a plus)
• Active lifestyle alignment with the Rhoback brand

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Creative Director, Product Design and Merchandising to build cohesive head‑to‑toe outfits reflecting seasonal direction
• Collaborate on casting, talent selection, and pre‑production planning including samples and prop management
• Lead styling for studio and on‑location shoots with strong creative perspective while upholding brand standards
• Own end‑to‑end sample management across upcoming productions
• Coordinate with photo teams to conceptualize style laydowns in studio and on location
• Execute all on‑set styling including steaming, pinning, and fit adjustments
• Lead coordination with Creative Operations and warehouse teams to ensure samples, sizes, and colorways are ready for campaigns
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and continuously improve studio systems
• Lead both in‑studio and on‑location productions, including travel on short notice
• Drive improvements to styling workflows, studio processes, and production efficiencies
• Stay ahead of seasonal fashion trends to elevate Rhoback’s creative output
