Weissman in St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Photo Stylist to support wardrobes, samples, and on-set styling for professional shoots. You’ll work with Stylists, Photographers, and makeup artists to ensure every garment looks its best on camera.

You’ll stay organized in a fast-paced creative environment, learn the full photography production process, and contribute to presenting cohesive looks that bring the Weissman brand to life.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to prepare, track, and manage merchandise and styling materials.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent product presentation.
• Able to manage time and adapt to changing shoot schedules and production needs.
• Collaborate with Stylists, Photographers, Hair and Makeup Artists, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Prepare garments, shoes, tights, accessories, and other merchandise for scheduled photo shoots, ensuring production-readiness.
• Pull product samples and coordinate requests for additional merchandise based on upcoming production needs.
• Check in, track, organize, and maintain accurate sample information within ShotFlow.
• Support shot list preparation, including coordinating model and hair/makeup assignments.
• Generate sample tags and maintain barcode scanning and product assignments throughout production.
• Pack and organize wardrobe, styling kits, and accessories for shoots.
• Assist with garment pinning, fit adjustments, and on-set styling to ensure accurate presentation.
• Support daily photo shoot execution and adapt to production priorities.
• Maintain organized styling areas and back stock, and assist with post-shoot organization.
• Collaborate with Photographers and Creative team to maintain a production-ready studio.
