Job summary

The role requires thinking ahead, coordinating with the Producer and Creative Director, and keeping production calendars and files organized. Flexibility for longer shoot days and occasional weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional on-set experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to think ahead and translate high-level directions into concrete steps.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and flexibility.
• Clear, proactive communicator who flags issues early.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Stable internet connection and laptop/computer.
• Comfortable lifting and moving production equipment.
• Discretion with confidential material and client information.
• Experience with project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer across all production phases from prep to wrap.
• Support the Creative Director with set dressing and prop placement.
• Move and strike lighting equipment and manage on-set needs.
• Coordinate talent logistics, hospitality, and arrivals.
• Anticipate needs and prep items before they are requested.
• Maintain calendars, content schedules, and project timelines.
• Track shoots, deliverables, and content in Asana.
• Proofread copy and documents, update social accounts and affiliate links.
