Job summary

~Pourri in Dallas is seeking a full-time Creative Production Assistant to support every phase of production—from prep to wrap. You’ll be on set, help the Producer and Creative Director, move lighting, manage props, and keep shoots running smoothly in a fast-paced, playful environment.

The right candidate anticipates needs, communicates clearly, handles confidential material, and is comfortable with Asana and calendars.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional on-set experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• You think ahead and can work from high-level information to concrete steps.
• Team player with a low ego and willingness to do whatever the day requires.
• Clear, proactive communicator; flag problems early.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software preferred.
• Experience managing calendars or project timelines preferred.
• Creative eye for styling, props, set preparation, and visual presentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer across all phases of production.
• Assist the Creative Director to pre-set, dress sets, and place props ahead of call time.
• Move and strike lighting equipment.
• Assist with talent logistics: arrivals, hospitality, and holding.
• Anticipate daily needs and have items ready before asked.
• Step into gaps and handle tasks to keep the day moving.
• Get release forms signed.
• Assist in researching locations, products, talent, and reference material.
• Store runs, pickups, returns, and equipment transport.
• Organize files, media, and production archives.
• Maintain production calendars, content schedules, and project timelines.
• Track completed shoots and upcoming projects.
• Assist with content tracking through Asana.
• Proofread copy, documents, and deliverables.
• Assist and KPI reporting.
• Assist in creative scheduling and pre-shoot prep.
• Other general team tasks as needed.
