Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume photo studio environment.
• 3+ years on-set Digital Technician experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Capture One.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and video capture workflows.
• Strong color management and monitor calibration understanding.
• Technical knowledge of Macintosh hardware and software.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and FileMaker; Canon systems.
• Phase One Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute on-set capture workflows for photography and video assets.
• Collect, edit, name, and process on-set imagery per studio standards.
• Collaborate with photographers and stylists for color accuracy and consistency.
• Perform on-set quality assurance including color management and calibration.
• Capture and edit video assets on set as required.
• Set up and manage capture stations, monitors, computers, and peripherals daily.
