Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers / On-Route Helpers in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves assisting the Driver on residential routes, loading waste, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. No diploma or experience required, with growth potential and a 1st shift option.

The position offers benefits after 60 days, PPE, an employee lunchroom, and weekly pay with accrued time off. Candidates must be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to undergo background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor or waste/recycling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support.
• Load refuse, waste, and poly carts; lift and carry trash bags to the truck.
• Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing residential customers.
• Operate packing mechanism and controls to activate lifting/loading equipment.
• Clean waste residue from the packer blade and truck; sanitize hopper and truck as necessary.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor waste for any unacceptable materials during collection.
• Uphold productivity standards to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Fulfill other duties and tasks as assigned.
