Responsibilities

• Operate packing mechanisms and controls to activate lifting and loading equipment.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely, thorough, and exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor waste for any unacceptable materials during collection.
• Uphold productivity standards to ensure efficient service delivery to all customers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Summary

General Labor, On‑Route Helper, Entry Level – We’re hiring General Laborers / On‑Route Helpers to manually/mechanically collect waste and assist drivers in Hutchins, TX. The role involves assisting the driver during waste removal services on designated residential routes, ensuring prompt and courteous service to customers by safely loading waste into the vehicle, carrying bags and containers for disposal, and guiding the driver while maneuvering the vehicle. The On‑Route Helper also maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle and the residential route.
